Being a member of Synovate Consumer Opinion Panel is simple and provides the opportunity to receive rewards for your opinions. Once you join, you will be contacted by e-mail when a survey is available. This e-mail will contain instructions on how to access the survey and details about the rewards you’ll be eligible to win if you participate.

You take each survey at YOUR convenience. Most surveys take less than 15 minutes to complete. You can even stop in the middle of a survey and return at a later time, picking up right where you left off without having to start from the beginning. That said, Synovate ask that you try to complete them as soon as possible, since most surveys are only available for a limited time.

From time to time, Synovate may ask if you are willing to test a product or service, or participate in a research project conducted either by telephone or in a face to face meeting, but your participation in these studies is voluntary. Occasionally, Synovate offer more lengthy survey opportunities. If you participate in these, Synovate will provide you with extra rewards for your time and effort.
